Delivery
Times We can not guarantee
delivery dates or shipment dates. All food product orders contain
perishable items. All orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped on the following
Monday after 9:00am CST, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. Sometimes
however, an item may not be in-stock to ship. If any of the items are out of
stock, we will try and contact you for instructions. In the event we are not
able to contact you, those items which are available will be shipped. We will
then ship the balance of the order when all out of stock items have been
received.
Our primary domestic
carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because all products we
offer are considered perishable, we do not ship internationally at this time.
In order to promptly fill your order, and maintain costs, Joel's may use other
carrier services.
If
you have special concerns, need to make alternative shipping arrangements (such
as through UPS or FEDEX), or need expedited service, please call (361)
-863-2454 or email Customer Service. Shipping Charges Currently, pricing for all mail order products
includes the postage and handling charges.
Shipping and Handling Information Currently all items available for sale are
considered perishable. Upon receipt all products MUST be refrigerated or frozen
immediately.
- All
orders shipped via U.S.P.S. - If shipped by alternative means customers
address must include street address (no P.O. Boxes).
- All
orders received will be shipped the following Monday.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping rates upon request.
- Orders
that include both perishable and non-perishable items will be shipped as
perishable.

International
Shipping Fees At this time Joel's does not ship internationally.
Sales Tax 8.75% Sales Tax will
be applied where applicable.
